Hiya Greg, It is on Mondays at 6:00 am. You have the correct groups in Spond so should be able to see it. I believe it was originally announced around a B1/B2 pace but I don't attend. Carlton Duff started it and rides regularly so may be worth messaging him directly.

Everything I see says yes they work with Garmin. I don't have any Garmin to test here though.

Hey Jamie, The vast majority of rides during the weekdays start at 6 am, there are some that start at 5:30 or an occasional afternoon ride. Weekends can start later slightly later.

Knowing the Netherlands I give it 1 week before its completely packed. Always jealous of the cycling infrastructure they have
