Wednesday Hills

Hill repeats are a great way to build your riding fitness relatively quickly.

There is no group rollout for this ride. Riders do the hills at their own pace, starting at roughly 6 a.m.  

The traditional format entails 4 repeats of Cadboro Bay Road, 3 repeats of Sinclair Road and 2 repeats of Mt Tolmie, riding down the backside to Richmond to Cedar Hill Cross to start the second lap.  Riders often regroup at the top of Sinclair to ride over to Mt. Tolmie together.

Riders may opt to vary the number of repeats to suit their needs and training goals.
