Tuesday Women's Evening Ride
This is a great group to practice the skills that you learn in the women’s clinic but is also open to women that have not participated in the clinic.
The route for this ride changes each week and includes some of the Galloping Goose / Lochside Regional Trails, hills, and residential routes. The goal is to introduce riders to local routes in a group ride experience. Routes are approximately 30-35 km and run 1.5 – 2 hours depending on the group. The group will divide if the numbers are large enough.
Levels
Riders of many abilities are welcome! It’s a good idea to be able to maintain an average speed of 24km/h riding solo for an hour if you want to give the ride a try.
What to Bring
Water, snacks, layered clothing, front and back working lights, and a sense of FUN!
