Tuesday Evening Women's Ride

This is a great opportunity to practice the skills you learned in the women’s clinic, but the ride is open all club members who identify as female.

The route for this ride changes each week and includes some of the Galloping Goose / Lochside trails, hills and residential roads. The goal is to introduce riders to local routes in a group ride experience. Rides are approximately 30-35 km and 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group.


Riders of many abilities are welcome!  It’s a good idea to be able to maintain an average speed of 24 km/h riding solo for an hour if you want to give the ride a try.

What to Bring

Water, snacks, layered clothing, front and back working lights and a sense of FUN!
