If you would like to join our rides, please send an email to tripleshotcyclingclub (at) gmail (dot) com, so that we can explain how we ride during Covid. Please don’t just show up!
Rides start at times and locations specific to each ride group. Weekday and Saturday morning ride groups depart around 6 am. The Tuesday Women’s ride departs around 5:45 pm. Sunday ride groups depart around 7:30 am.
TS Women’s Evening Rides are on Tuesdays!
Please note that this ride only happens during the Spring and Summer and possibly early fall if the weather is good.
This is a great group to practice the skills that you learn in the women’s clinic, but is also open to women that have not participated in the clinic.
The route for this ride changes each week and includes some Goose/Lochside trail, hills and residential routes. The goal is to introduce riders to local routes in a group ride experience. Routes are approximately 30-35 km, and run 1.5 – 2 hours depending on the group. The group will divide if the numbers are large enough.
Levels: riders of many abilities are welcome! It’s a good idea to be able to maintain an average speed of 23km/h riding solo for an hour if you want to give the ride a try.
What to bring: water, snack, layered clothing, front and back working lights, a sense of FUN!
