Tripleshot Rides have resumed again under the rules set out in our
COVID Safety Plan
If you would like to join our rides, please send an email to tripleshotcyclingclub (at) gmail (dot) com, so that we can explain how we ride during Covid. Please don’t just show up!
Rides start at times and locations specific to each ride group. Weekday and Saturday morning ride groups depart around 6 am. The Tuesday Women’s ride departs at 6:00 pm. Sunday ride groups depart around 7:30 am.
This is a ride specifically aimed at women riders and the route drops to the waterfront on Cranmore, heads out to Arbutus Road, to Gordon Head/Ferndale, and back to Arbutus/Torquay and return home along the water (same route). It’s friendly, happy and we throw in a rotating paceline to practice what many have learned in the TS Women’s clinics over the years.
Levels: Riders of many abilities are welcome! It’s a good idea to be able to maintain an average speed of 23km/h riding solo for an hour if you want to give the ride a try.
Hi there! I’m interested in giving Triple Shot a try! I am still pretty new to cycling and stuck around 26kph pace. I would love to get social and push myself a little more! When is a good time to try? Are you guys riding this week?
